Acceptance of terms
These provisions set out the terms and conditions on which you may make use of Bespoke Box Gifts website (the “Site”). By using the site and/or order from us, you agree to be bound by these Customer Terms.
1.About us
The Site is operated by Bespoke Box Gifts via Wix.
2. Our contract
Your order constitutes your offer to us to buy the goods that you select when placing your order on the Site. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order, acting as our acceptance of your order. Your order is not confirmed until you receive confirmation of your order.
3. Age restrictions
By placing an order and/or registering an account with us, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not authorised to make a transaction or register an account with us. If you are not legally capable of entering into contracts, we are legally entitled to cancel any order(s) with you and will not be obliged to supply the goods.
4. Payment methods
4.1 Payment for purchases of goods and/or services you make through the Site may only be made by debit or credit card using our payment facility. 4.2 You accept that some banks may charge you an additional fee for certain transactions (for example, international transactions). 4.3 For delivery destinations within the EU prices include VAT or other sales taxes where applicable. For delivery destinations outside the EU, prices do not include VAT or other sales taxes.
5. Delivery
5.1 We will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible after you place your order. Please see individual product pages for up to date dispatch information.
5.2 We cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the checkout. Any loss caused by incorrect addresses, financial or otherwise, will be your responsibility, unless the negligence is ours.
5.3 Orders are typically delivered by Royal Mail and are subject to the terms and conditions of this third parties.

6. Returns
6.1 Personalised, handmade to order and bespoke items are non-refundable. If items are damaged at the point of receipt or incorrect, we will replace items upon the item being returned to us. PLEASE NOTE wooden mastered items may have minor burn marks and images contained within this website, are for illustration purposes only.
6.2 Please ensure that personalisation and all other options are correct at the time of ordering as alterations subsequent to an order being placed, will not be possible. If we are able to accommodate changes to an order, we will, but this is not guaranteed.
6.3 Replacements will only be processed following contact with our team via email within 48hrs of receipt.
